Terms of Service
Bookings
A confirmed booking is a request for a scheduled pickup and delivery within Florida. APDM serves Florida only. Bookings are invoiced separately; payment terms are stated on the invoice.
Quote validity
Quotes are valid for 24 hours from generation. After that, regenerate the quote to confirm current pricing.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup. Within 4 hours, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No-shows are charged 100%.
